ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Kindly confirm that all details are correct before completing checkout.
All orders are shipped directly from Dubai, UAE. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
In rare cases, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. If this happens, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement. All orders are reviewed by our security team and may be cancelled by Velmonte at any time if deemed necessary.
📌 Please note: Velmonte does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid online at the time of checkout. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
